LINC UP, in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, is offering a FREE Lead-Safe Certification Training on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 1258 Madison Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507. This essential training is required for anyone performing renovation or maintenance work on homes, schools, or childcare centers built before 1978. The training will ensure you are EPA-certified in Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP).
Why Attend?
Avoid penalties and protect your business from fines up to $37,500 per day.
Protect children, tenants, workers, and yourself from the health risks of lead exposure.
Receive certification and be listed as a Lead-Safe Certified Renovation Firm on the EPA website.

LINC UP, Grand Rapids Public Schools, and Safe & Just Michigan invite you to the Expungement Resource Fair on Friday, September 13th, from 11 AM to 3 PM at the LINC UP Gallery, 341 Hall St SE.
This workshop offers caregivers and community members an opportunity to understand their expungement eligibility and meet one-on-one with attorneys to begin the expungement process. We believe our community members deserve second chances. Anyone in the Grand Rapids community seeking expungement resources is welcome!
