MoTown Square
MoTown Square Affordable Assisted Senior Living Community will be located at 240 Hall Street SE and will provide 54 one-bedroom apartments for persons age 55 and older who need assistance with daily living. LINC UP and MoTown Square Development are codevelopers on the project with support from Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids. The project received an award of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from MSHDA. Financing partners include Huntington National Bank, Alliant Capital, and IFF for private financing and the City of Grand Rapids, Michigan Economic Development Corporation and other public financing sources. The project is under construction and pre-leasing will start in March 2025 for occupancy in Winter 2025.

AVENUE APARTMENTS
The Avenue Apartments Independent Senior Living Community is for residents age 55 and older. In 2024 we completed renovation, adding an additional 10 new units and accommodations to the original building. This project features one and two bedroom units, including two ADA Approved units, a community room, free laundry and a landscaped courtyard with gazebo.

Godwin Heights townhomes
The Godwin Heights Townhomes in Wyoming are single family attached units sold to households at or below 80% Area Median Income. Twelve total units were completed and sold to first-time homebuyers. The project is made possible by support from the Kent HOME Consortium of the County of Kent and City of Wyoming.

The Southtown Single-Family Homes were three affordable homes sold in the 400-500 block of Gilbert Street SE to first-time homebuyers. Built for households at or below 80% Area Median Income, we helped connect buyers with homebuyer assistance funds totaling $137,000. Sources of funds included Old National Bank, City of Grand Rapids Homebuyer Assistance Funds, HOME funds, and other funds raised by LINC UP.
Eastern Lofts
Eastern Lofts completed construction in 2022, with a total of 70 units of Affordable Apartments of which 8 are 4 bedroom townhomes. The four-story building at 623 Eastern Avenue SE has commercial space and housing units on the first floor and a total of 29 1-bedroom and 33 2-bedroom units. Leasing information is available at
