We believe housing is a human right. LINC UP provides affordable rental properties and homeownership opportunities to ensure families have safe and stable places to live. We also have affordable commercial spaces available to lease.

Our Homeownership Program is designed to create more opportunities for homeownership in Grand Rapids. We provide guidance and support to help residents navigate the home-buying process, including financial education and assistance in meeting income guidelines.

LINC UP hosts dynamic events like the Community Spirit Awards, First Fridays, and the Rock the Block Street Festival, fostering pride and connection in our neighborhoods. Need a space for your event?
