Volunteer Descriptions
Setup Event Prep
Setup Event Prep Volunteers work closely with the LINC UP team to set up tables, chairs and other event materials prior to the start of the event.
vendor assistance
Vendor Assistance Volunteers support our vendors, ensuring they have everything they need for a successful experience and acting as a liaison between the event organizers and the vendors to facilitate smooth operations throughout the festival.
cool down station
Cool Down Station Volunteers provide a refreshing respite for festival-goers, offering chilled water and shaded seating to ensure attendees stay hydrated, cool, and safe while they enjoy the festivities.
Youth Activities
Youth Activities Volunteers help facilitate games, activities and manage inflatables. The Youth Activities Volunteers will sign up for time blocks to ensure LINC UP has coverage throughout the event.
stage runner
Stage Runner Volunteers help with ensuring seamless stage operations, swiftly addressing the dynamic needs of performers and crew and acting as the vital link between the Event Host and Event Coordinator, all to keep the show running smoothly without a hitch.
teardown clean up
Breakdown Volunteers work closely with the LINC UP team to take down tables, chairs and other event materials while cleaning up any litter or debris from event activities.
