Over the last 20 years, LINC UP has built, refurbished and developed more than 900 units of Affordable Housing including single-family homes, multi-family townhomes and apartments and commercial development space. As of 2024, LINC UP has invested more than $100 Million Dollars in community transformation.

For our developments, we prioritize supporting the work of local and minority contractors, connecting with local businesses to stay in the community and ensure that our developments are accessible to residents who would otherwise be pushed out due to gentrification, rising rents and housing costs.
