Public Reporting

Strategic Plan 2021-2023

At LINC UP, we believe neighborhoods matter and that where you start contributes to where you go. We work to connect residents to resources by connecting who you know, what you know, where you live, and what you make.

Placing specific emphasis on Race-Based and Place-Based Strategies, LINC UP is putting Equity into Action by increasing community power through advocacy and expanding affordable housing through development and policy change.

The Final Evaluation Report: Civic Engagement Initiatives & LINC Overall presents LINC UP’s ability to meet their Civic Engagement goals and outcomes, as well as an analysis of LINC’s ability to influence systems change and impact in the community. To demonstrate LINC’s progress towards outcomes, this evaluation answers key Evaluation Questions which were developed in collaboration with LINC UP leadership.
