Venue INQUIRY
This does not confirm a room rental with LINC UP. Upon confirmation, a security deposit of $250 submitted along with venue request form is required to hold the desired date. Final payment is due (10) business days prior to event. The $175 incidental deposit will be held until the building is inspected after use. If damages are found it will be charged against the deposit. The security deposit can be paid in Cash or Via Credit Card.

Training Room: 25 persons or less – Set up is U Shape Style
M-Fri 8am-5pm $200/$150 non- profit(4HRS) Additional hours $50.
